Hatice S. Demircan completed her Bachelor’s degree in "International Relations" and Master's degree in "Human Resources Management" at reputable universities in Turkey. She has gained HR experience in variable sectors like logistics, energy and manufacturing in local and global companies with high brand of value. During her 16 years of HR experience she had the oppurtunity to work on different areas like talent acquisition, performance management, carrer management, talent management, learning& development, HR process digitalization, organizational development, employer branding and employee engagement.
She gained team management experience with a strong understanding of high level expectations. She has strengthened her facilitation skills by leadership trainings that she has provided to leadership teams.

She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited professional coach with PCC credential and as a life-long learner; she puts individual development to the center of her life. In order to support social responsibility processes at NGOs, she has been voluntarily coaching and mentoring young executives since 2017.
By 2021; she moved to UK to build her own business on HR consultancy and coaching. Since then she has been offering individual coaching sessions, soft skill trainings on behavioral competencies, consultancy on designing, implementing and operating L&D programs.
