Hatice Demircan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from prestigious universities in Turkey. With 18 years of HR experience across diverse industries—including logistics, energy, and manufacturing—she has worked with both local and global organizations renowned for their strong brand presence.
Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to key HR functions such as career and talent management, learning & development, talent acquisition, performance management, HR process digitalization, organizational development, employer branding, and employee engagement. Her extensive expertise in these areas has enabled her to develop impactful HR strategies that align with business goals.
As a seasoned leader, S. Demircan has successfully managed teams and gained a deep understanding of leadership expectations. Her ability to design and deliver leadership training programs has strengthened her facilitation skills, allowing her to guide leadership teams effectively.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is committed to lifelong learning. Passionate about personal and professional growth, she places continuous development at the heart of her journey. Since 2017, she has been actively involved in social responsibility initiatives by providing voluntary coaching and mentoring to young executives.
In 2021, she relocated to the UK to establish her own HR consultancy and coaching business. Since then, she has been offering individual coaching sessions, soft skills training on behavioral competencies, and consultancy services for designing and implementing learning & development programs.
